| 摘 要： | 多重PCR是近几年新兴的一项分子生物学技术,能够同时扩增不同片段.具有高特异性、高灵敏度、高效率、低成本的特点,有普通PCR方法不可比拟的优势.简述了多重PCR技术在植物学研究中的应用现状,分析了影响其扩增效果的因素,并介绍了多重PCR的应用前景.

| Abstract: | Multiplex PCR is a newly developed technology which can amplify the different fragments by simultaneously.It has advantages of high specificity,high sensitivity,high efficiency and low cost.In this paper,the application status of multiplex PCR in the botany research was briefly introduced and the factors influencing multiplex PCR were also analyzed.Moreover,the application perspects of multiplex PCR was reviewed. |
