物联网环境下大数据流中有效信息过滤算法研究

摘    要:针对常规有效信息过滤算法对数据间关联规则识别能力较弱等问题,提出物联网环境下大数据流中有效信息过滤算法。该算法根据数据权重向量维度,通过余弦夹角构建目标相似的大数据推荐模型;设置表层关联与隐含关联预测规则,利用预测函数确定数据间的关联程度;按照数据间的衔接性质,将数据集合划分成若干子集,模糊聚类物联网中的有效信息;根据用户主观倾向设置偏好函数,以协同过滤方式,得到有效信息过滤算法。实验结果表明,与常规有效信息过滤算法相比,该算法对数据关联规则识别能力提升 14.97%,满足当前物联网大数据流中对有效数据的过滤要求。

Abstract:Conventional valid information filtering algorithm has weak ability to identify association rules between data. Therefore,this paper proposes the valid information filtering algorithm in big data flow under the environment of Internet of Things. According to the dimension of data weight vector,the algorithm constructs a big data recommendation model with similar goals through cosine angle,sets the prediction rules of surface association and implicit association,and uses the prediction function to determine the degree of association between the data. It divides the data set into several subsets according to the nature of connection between the data,and fuzzily clusters the effective information in the Internet of Things;It also sets the preference function according to the subjective tendency of users,and obtains the valid information filtering algorithm in the way of collaborative filtering. The experimental results show that compared with the conventional valid information filtering algorithm,the proposed algorithm has a stronger ability of data association recognition,and its recognition ability is improved by 14.97%. It can be seen that the valid information filtering algorithm studied meets the filtering requirements for valid data in the big data flow of the current Internet of Things.
