| 摘 要： | 智慧时代网络远程教育的快速发展对远程教育资源建设提出了更高要求，因此有必要从应用模式、更新内容、技术手段对其重新审视与探讨。为解决资源庞杂、供需不匹配、评价机制不到位、缺乏教学设计等问题，需结合时代要求寻求解决路径，采取有效的资源管理机制进行供需匹配，各地区根据自身特点因地制宜进行资源建设，设立规范评价审核机制促进资源良性循环，并契合教学需要进行课程设计，使教育资源建设朝精准化、智能化方向发展，与学习者需求匹配贯通。

| Abstract: | The fast development of network distance education in the era of wisdom puts forward higher requirements for the construction of distance education resources. It should be re-examined and discussed from the application model， the updated content and the technical means used. In order to solve problems such as complicated resources， mismatch between supply and demand， inadequate evaluation mechanism， and lack of instructional design， it is necessary to find a solution in accordance with the requirements of the times. Relevant parties should adopt an effective resource management mechanism to match supply and demand， and each region should carry out resource construction according to its own characteristics and establish specifications. The evaluation and review mechanism should be established to promote a virtuous circle of resources and meet the needs of teaching to carry out curriculum design， so that the construction of educational resources will gradually develop towards precision and intelligence， which will be matched with the needs of learners. |
