高压输电线路除冰防冻机器人设计

摘    要:为了解决我国西南山区高压输电线路覆冰问题,在总结和分析国内外现有除冰技术基础上,以强力除冰、有效防冰为目标,提出“除冰为主,除防结合”的新型除冰、防冰理念。应用模块化设计,对机器人整体架构、本体机构、除冰机构、防冻喷涂机构以及控制系统进行详细设计说明,对机器人关键零部件进行有限元分析。结果显示,该除冰方案结构设计合理,适用于西南地区高压线缆除冰、防冰工作。该机器人具有结构紧凑、重量轻、简单高效、实用性强等特点,为输电线路除冰、防冻提供了一种新思路,具有较好的社会效益和应用前景。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of icing on the high voltage transmission line in the southwest mountainous area of China,based on the summary and analysis of the existing deicing technology at home and abroad,aiming at strong deicing and effective anti icing,this paper puts forward a new deicing and anti icing concept of“deicing as the main and combining deicing and anti icing”. The whole structure,body mechanism,deicing mechanism,anti freezing spray mechanism and control system of the robot are described in detail by using modular design. The finite element analysis of the key parts of the robot shows that the structure design of the deicing scheme is reasonable,which is suitable for the deicing and anti icing work of the high-voltage cable in Southwest China. The robot has the characteristics of compact structure,light weight,simple and high efficiency,strong practicability and so on. It provides a new idea for deicing and antifreezing of transmission lines,and has good social benefits and application prospects.
