| 摘 要： | 科技信息视频资源是科技情报信息资源不可或缺的重要组成部分。为解决馆藏科技信息视频资源管理不便与利用率不高的问题，按照已建立的资源数字化加工标准要求，对馆藏视频资源进行统一处理，并基于流媒体技术，采用 FMS 流媒体服务器，结合 Flashplayer 在线流媒体开发模式，设计开发了一套 B/S 模式的馆藏科技信息视频资源在线播放数据库系统。该数据库系统投入运行后，馆藏视频资源管理费用降低了约 80%，管理效率提升了约 60%，且视频资源利用率是过去的近 20 倍。同时，也进一步提升了单位科技信息服务质量和影响力。

| Abstract: | Sci-tech information video resources are an indispensable part of sci-tech information resources. In order to solve the problem of low management efficiency and low utilization rate of sci-tech information video resources in library，this paper processed the collection video resources uniformly，according to the requirements of established digital processing standards. Based on streaming media technology，FMS streaming media server was combined with flashplayer on-line streaming media development mode to design and develop a B/S mode online playback database system for sci-tech information video resources. Compared with the past，after the database system was put into operation，the management cost of collection video resources has been reduced by about 80%，the management efficiency has been improved by about 60%，and the utilization of video resources is about 30 times that of the past. At the same time，it has further improved the quality and influence of unit sci-tech information service. |
