摘    要:高精度在线计算轮廓误差可有效降低数控加工中的控制轮廓误差。因此,提出一种基于三点弧线理论的方法,在补偿轮廓误差之前对轮廓误差进行精确计算。首先根据插值参考位点与加工过程中的实际位置,计算距离实际位置最近的参考位点;然后根据最近参考位置及其相邻两点形成的近似外接圆弧,计算实际位置到该圆弧的距离,即求得刀尖位点轮廓误差,采用同样方法计算刀具方向轮廓误差。实验结果表明,该算法比原有算法刀尖位点轮廓误差均值减小了 0.056um,刀具方向均值比原有算法减少 7.166um。基于三点弧线理论的算法仅需考虑实际位置与距离实际位置最近的参考位点坐标,可精确计算较大的曲率处,且无需考虑传统计算方法中刀具干涉问题,简化计算过程的同时还可保证计算精度。

Abstract:High-precision online calculation of contour error can effectively reduce control contour error in NC machining. Therefore,the algorithm is proposed to accurately calculate contour error before compensating for contour error. This paper proposes a method based on the three-point arc theory. Firstly,according to the interpolation reference position and the actual position in the machining process,the reference position closest to the actual position is calculated,and then according to the nearest reference position and its adjacent left and right. The approximate external arc formed by the two points calculates the distance from the actual position to the arc,that is,the contour error of the tool tip is obtained,and the same method is used to calculate the tool direction contour error. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the mean value of the contour error of the tool tip point by 0.056um,and the tool direction mean value is reduced by 7.166um compared with the original algorithm. The algorithm based on the three-point arc theory only needs to consider the coordinates of the actual position and the reference position closest to the actual position,and the cuvature can also be accurately calculated. In addition,there is no need to consider the tool interference problem in the traditional calculation method,which simplifies the calculation process and ensures the calculation accuracy.
