| 摘 要： | 编辑人格缺失阻碍学术期刊的健康发展,影响学术创新的热情。当前主要表现为:不学无术,不思进取;屈从权威,缺少独立;自视优越,膨胀傲气;道德迷失,行为失范。文中对编辑如何塑造独立人格进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Loss of editor personality hinders not only the healthy development of academic journals,but also affects enthusiasm of academic innovation.It is mainly shown in following aspects at present: neglecting to learn new things,being too dependent on academic authorities,tending to be arrogant and feel superior,and carrying out misconducts.Some suggestions to solve these problems are given. |
