| 摘 要： | 高校科技管理队伍在当今科技管理工作中的重要作用，要求必须加强其专业化建设。高校科技管理队伍专业化的内涵包括：具备科技管理知识、掌握科技发展知识、熟悉国家科技政策，形成科技管理能力，培养科技管理道德。高校科技管理队伍专业化建设必须从思想、组织、制度等方面综合进行。

And those should be constructed and strengthened comprehensively. |
