| 摘 要： | 对延安地区的21所中学的学校体育现状进行了问卷调查。结果显示：该地区中学的体育教师学历偏低，体育经费严重不足、教学常规否健全，组织松散，管理不严；体育理论安排欠缺，内容选择不全面；课外活动开展不普及，项目单一。建议加大宣传力度，转变观念，重视学校体育工作，建立健全教学常规，加大经费投入。改善教学条件；加强体育教师的培训和引进工作，提高其学历和理论水平。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the present situation of 21 middle - school P.E. indistrict of Yan'an is surveyed by the designed questions. The results show that the physical teachers had lower degree, the physical funds has no enough, the routine regulations of teaching are not perfect so that the orgnization looks loose and the administer is not strict, the physical theory courses are unfit to be arranged, the chosen content are not all - round, the activities out of room are not disseminated and items are poor.The paper suggest that the propaganda power be strengthened, the concept be changed, the school's physical work be pay more attention to, the routine regulations of teading be built perfectly, the funds be invested adequately, the condition of teaching be improved enhance the training to physical teachers and introduce talent physical people from elsewhere, raise the physical teacher's degree and theory level. |
