| 摘 要： | 对巴比世药酒的酒精度、单宁含量、总固体含量进行了分析研究,并对巴比世酒的色度、有效成分、甲醇含量、杂醇油含量、咖啡因含量等进行了定量分析．考察了药酒中的活性成分以及各项指标是否符合药酒质量标准。
