| 摘 要： | 我国教育特别是落后的西部与世界发达国家及世界教育平均水平相比仍然存在着很大的差距，在西部开发中，充分借助于教育电视加快在我国西部特别是老少边穷地区的知识传播以改变落后的教育面貌，全面快速提升西部民众素质是符合我国实情的合理选择。

Education TV can change the situation of underdeveloped western education, especially poverty-stricken regions in the west of china. Promoting all the western people's quality is a good way to develop the western region. |
