| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代以来,体育健身娱乐服务成为我国体育服务产业的重要组成部分,与此同时,"服务流程管理"理论,渐渐受到东西方服务组织的重视和应用,并成为国际上流行的一种新的管理观念和方法。运用文献资料法对近10年来国内外体育健身娱乐服务流程管理中所涉及的一些基本理论和思想进行了概述,主要涉及服务流程管理、体育服务和体育健身娱乐服务管理领域中的相关研究。

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s,the sports fitness service has become an important part in the sports service industry in China and many scientific researches have been done on the sports services.The theory of service process management has become a new management concept in the international society. The paper summarizes the basic theories and concepts in the management of the sports fitness service process in the world in the recent decade,which are mainly the researches in the fields of service process management,sports service and sports fitness entertainment management. |
