| 摘 要： | 分析了从2000-2009年10年间南宁市商品房价格的特点和南宁市城镇居民人均可支配收入的增长状况。对南宁市商品房价格与南宁市城镇居民人均可支配收入进行相关性分析,研究表明,南宁市商品房价格与城镇居民可支配收入高度相关,但2009年南宁市商品房价格涨速过快。

| Abstract: | the paper analyzed the decades characteristic of Nanning real estate prices and per capita residents in Nanning cities disposable income growth condition from 2000 to 2009,then analzyed the relationship bewteen Nanning real estate prices and Per capita disposable income in Nanning cities and towns disposable income,the result showed that Nanning real estate prices have high correlation with residents in Nanning cities and towns disposable income,but the price of Nanning real estate in 2009 growed fast. |
