摘    要:免装配(Non-Assembly)是随着快速成型技术发展应运而生的一种新型制造技术,以机器手掌的手指免装配制造为例,采用快速成形熔融沉积制造法FDM(Fused Deposition Manufacturing)工艺生产的手指免装配件可以满足机器手掌的快速修配要求。可以看出:免装配技术可以有效减少加工工序,提高材料利用率,极大缩短生产周期和降低开发成本,是一种具有实用价值的创新制造技术。

Abstract:Non-Assembly is a new manufacturing technology coming up with the development of rapid prototyping. This paper takes an example of the non-assembly manufacturing in robot fingers. The finger assembly with non-assembly manufacturing by using the FDM (Fused Deposition Manufacturing) technique meets the requirements for robot finger to repair and assemble rapidly. Finally, it is concluded that the Non-Assembly technology can effectively reduce the processing procedures, improve the material utilization, significantly shorten the production cycle and reduce the developing cost. Therefore, it is an innovative manufacturing technology with practical application.
