| Abstract: | The article designs an Enterprise patent strategy system including patent information organization,technology innovation,application,implementation,and defense strategy five types of enterprise patent strategy.After introducing SWOT Analysis and the decision-making based on SWOT Analysis,and designs a patent strategy choice cycle based on the SWOT Analysis,and formulates SO,ST,WO,WT four types of patent strategy. |
