| 摘 要： | 在全国高等教育迅猛发展的新形势下 ,民办高等教育受到冲击 ,进入激烈竞争、优胜劣汰、优化组合、整体提高、逐步成熟的新阶段。这个新阶段有四个明显特点 :一是思想进一步解放 ;二是政府加大政策扶持力度 ;三是投资主体多元化 ,办学模式多样化 ;四是内部管理走向规范。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation that the higher education of our country is swiftly developing, civilian run higher education is shocked and steps to the gradually mature stage, where there is keen competition, survival the fittest, optimization of labor organization, the whole body is enhanced. This stage has four evident features, they are: the thought is further liberated; the government still more supports; the investment main body gets pluralistic and the school run model gets diversified; the internal management get normalized. |
