| 摘 要： | 实行工程量清单计价是深化工程造价管理改革的重要举措，我国推广实施工程量清单计价方法已有一段时间，但目前发展仍比较缓慢。为推进建设工程市场化、国际化，进一步规范建设市场秩序；通过案例研究、对比分析，总结了目前国内工程量清单计价发展中存在的问题，有针对性地提出一些合理可行的建议。
