| 摘 要： | 苏北地区人才储备不足、人才结构不合理等现状严重制约着该地区社会经济的发展。为此,必须实行新的人才战略,努力改善苏北地区人才培养的现状。苏北高校作为本地区人才培养的主要基地,应准确定位办学目标,根据市场需求确定人才培养的数量、规格,选择科学合理的培养模式,全面提升办学质量,努力促进苏北的经济腾飞和社会发展。

| Abstract: | Under the new circumstances of developing a well-off society,areas in the north of Yangtze River must speed up their development paces.As the major bases of talent cultivation,there's no doubt that it's the responsibility of the local colleges to cultivate more talents to meet the needs of the market.Reflecting on the strategies of talent cultivation through analysis of the current situation such as shortage of talents and unreasonable structure of talents,this article discusses the measures that help improve the current situation and promote the economic development,like setting correct direction for school-running,to decide on numbers and levels of the talents to be nurtured according to the market needs,to choose scientific and reasonable cultivation mode and ultimately to upgrade the school-running quality in the area. |
