| 摘 要： | 异化劳动理论是马克思主义重要的组成部分,具有十分丰富的内涵.人的全面发展是马克思主义人学的主要内容.马克思的异化劳动理论是人的全面发展的重要基础.当今社会人的全面发展特别是人的精神生活面临着诸多困境和瓶颈,马克思和弗洛姆通过对异化现象的分析和揭示,为我们考察现代社会特别是人的全面发展提供了一个独特的理论视角,对完善人的精神生活具有重要的作用.
