| 摘 要： | 文章通过对当前散打趋势的分析,发现制约散打发展的关键因素就是技术体系的完善,而基本技术体系模式的构建是散打技术体系完善的核心问题。本研究通过实践总结和科学的分析,提出了三类技术交替的动态发展基本技术体系模式。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis about the current tendency of Free Sparring,the paper discovered that the key aspect to the restriction of the developmentthe of free sparring is the consummation of technical system,but the constructing of basic technical system pattern is the core question which the technical system consummates of free sparring.Through the practice summary and the science analysis,the paper proposed three kinds of basic technology system patterns which develops dynamic in turn. |
