| 摘 要： | 尽管中国和西方发达资本主义国家有着不同的生产力发展进程，不同的文化背景和社会制度，但进行国企改革、建立以市场机制为基础的经济运行体制已成为世界各发达国家经济发展的必由之路。该文简要评述了西方国有企业改革的性质、目标和外部环境，以期对我国当前的改革提供一些有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Though western capitalist countries have different economic developing course, different culture background and social system from China.It is same that reforming state-owned enterprises, building based-market economic system for every developed country.The thesis chiefly analyzes the property,target and external environment of western state-owned enterprises private reformation in order to give us some inspiration . |
