| 摘 要： | 办学特色的培育是新建本科院校急需探索的重大问题。与老本科院校相比，新建本科院校办学时间短，办学经验不足，办学条件和设施薄弱，在培育办学特色时可扬长避短，从社会服务、学科专业、科学研究、规模效益等方面入手，探索出一条适合自己的特色道路。
