| 摘 要： | 冒领养老金现象对社会产生了严重的危害,造成社会保险基金流失,增加了政府和企事业单位的负担.养老金冒领现象的发生,其原因是多方面的.通过实践经验的总结从认识、管理、信息搜集、立法及技术等多个方面进行深入分析。从三种不同的角度提出了解决防范、治理冒领养老金问题的方案。

| Abstract: | Fraudulent drawing from pension has serious hazards,causing loss of social insurance fund,an increase of enterprises and the government's burden.This article makes deep analysis on the various reasons from many aspects,such as the understanding,the management,the information collection,the legislation and the technology.Moreover,this article provides three different perspectives of the solutions to prevent and control the problems of fraudulent drawing from pension. |
