| 摘 要： | 语文教学应坚持"以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向"的办学思想,从升学导向向就业导向转变,由应试型教学向应用型教学转变。根据培养目标需要,只有将培养学生的自主学习能力作为应用型教学的主要目标,加强实践教学,融企业文化于语文教学中,才能培养出能工能文、能说会写的现代企业员工。

| Abstract: | Chinese teaching should adhere to the "service-aimed and employment-oriented" school-running thinking, change from enter-higher-school orientation to employment-oriented direction and from the exam-oriented teaching to application-type teaching. In accordance with the objective of fostering need, only to take the cultivation of students self-learning capability as the main objectives of application-type teaching, enhance practical teaching and embody corporate culture in Chinese teaching, that modern enterprise employee who can speak and write can be trained. |
