食品安全口译项目式训练模式的实验研究

摘    要:在当前中国与国外交流日益增多,科技交流愈加频繁的情况下,食品安全方面的技术交流也与日俱增。本研究进行了食品安全信息与一般信息的口译对比实验,旨在探索高效且有针对性的项目式口译训练模式,通过提供语言服务来促进滨海新区及我市食品科学技术行业的发展。研究者对食品安全口译项目相关的译前准备、术语符号、语体分析和实战处理技巧进行了总结和分析。

Abstract:Under the background of ever increasing international academic exchanges on the subject of food safety, this article made a contrastive analysis of the similarities and differences between food safety interpretation and that of other subjects, aimed to work out an effective and targeted training model of interpretation so as to provide better language service for the development of Binhai New Area and food science and technology in Tianjin. The researchers summarized various necessary aspects of the project-based training model related to food safety, such as sufficient background information, relevant symbol terms,genre and good interpreting skills, for the purpose of achieving both accuracy and fluency in field interpretation.
