| 摘 要： | 校政共建的大学生校外实践教育基地开辟了实践育人的第二课堂。自至诚学院与福州市鼓楼区洪山镇所共建的大学生校外实践教育基地自运行以来,开展了一系列丰富多彩的大学生社会实践活动,取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题。可从战略联盟文化、战略沟通、战略激励、战略联盟形式、战略联盟领导体系、实习组织管理、战略考评、理论研究等方面入手,推进大学生校外实践教育基地建设校政战略联盟建设。

| Abstract: | The outside-school practical educational bases for college students created by colleges and the governments opened up a second practical education class. Since Zhicheng College and the Hongshan Town of Gulou District of Fuzhou set up the outside-school practical educational bases, they have carried out a series of colorful social practicel activities and have gained some achievements, but there are still some problems. We can enhance the strategic alliance between the college and government in this sort of work by strengthening the strategic alliance＇s culture, mechanism, forms, leadership, management, evaluation, and theoretical research. |
