| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化趋势的不断增强,贸易与劳工标准问题之间的矛盾更显突出。而国际劳工组织所拟定的一系列劳工标准,仍不能适应企业的现实发展。为此,由商人们创造的SA8000却得到国际社会的一致认同,并逐渐成为调整国际劳工标准问题的习惯规则,代表了国际劳工标准问题发展的新趋势。

| Abstract: | With increasing growth of the economic globalization,the contradictions between trade and the labor standard have appeared more outstanding,while a series of labor standards designed by International Labor Organization can not adapt to enterprise's actual development requirements yet.SA8000,for this purpose,created by the businessmen,has been accepted consistently in international community.SA8000 is becoming the usage adjusting international labor standard problem gradually,and representing a new trend of the development of international labor standard. |
