基于和谐思想的教育管理美学初探

摘    要:教育管理凸现文化转向,研究教育管理美学既是现代管理实践对管理哲学发展的要求,也是现代美学从思辨走向实践的必然趋势。和谐思想是教育管理美学构建的基石,和谐教育管理美学有管理的智慧、美学的飘逸、利与美的双赢三个特点。在根据教育管理美学研究模型分析如何进行和谐教育管理活动后,分析了和谐教育管理美学价值的三个基本思路。

An Initial Research on Educational Aesthetics based on Harmony Philosophy

Abstract:Educational Management reflects the cultural trends. The research on educational aesthetics is not only the requirement of modem management practice towards the development of management philosophy, but the inevitable trend for modem aesthetics to evolve from theory to practice. The philosophy of harmony is the founder stone to build managerial aesthetics on education, featuring managerial wisdom, aesthetic charm, and win-win result Of both benefit and beauty. The thews first made an analysis on how to condtuct harmonious educational managerial activities based on the research model of educational managerial aesthetics, then explained further the the three basic ideas on the values of harmonious educational managerial a esthetics.
