| 摘 要： | 图书馆的个性化服务问题是当前图书馆服务研究中的重要课题,研究者在实践领域也开发了很多技术与方法,本文提出用集成创新服务模式满足图书馆个性化服务的要求,依托集成服务构建可持续发展的信息资源,组建可持续发展的服务队伍,创建可持续发展的用户资源,保障图书馆个性化服务的可持续发展,使图书馆个性化服务工作更加适应可持续发展的社会的需要。
