| 摘 要： | 投标商要想在投标中获胜，既中标得到承包工程，然后又要从承包工程中赢利，就需要研究投标策略，它包括投标策略和作价技巧。“策略”、“技巧”来自承包商的经验积累，对客观规律的认识和对实际情况的了解，同时也少不了决策的能力和魄力。
