| 摘 要： | 在现代经济社会中,商务人员除了要具备专业知识和技能外,还必须具有良好的职业素养。商务礼仪是商务人员在商务活动中应遵循的行为规范和准则,商务礼仪素养可谓是商务人员重要的职业素养。构建培养商贸类学生商务礼仪素养的教学体系,改革商务礼仪教学形式是职业院校教育教学中不可或缺的部分。商贸类学生商务礼仪素养的养成,将会增强其职业竞争能力,并为其职业发展创造美好前景。

| Abstract: | In the modern economic society,a business person should not only have the professional knowledge and skills,but also have a good occupational quality.Business etiquette,defined as a standard of behavior which should be followed by business persons in the commercial activities,is an important part of occupational quality.The construction of business etiquette teaching system for the students with business major,and the reformation of the business etiquette teaching forms are indispensable parts of the education of vocational school.With good business etiquette,the students with business major may have a better competitive capacity,and can create more economical and social benefits. |
