| 摘 要： | 作为一名法学家,西塞罗继承了古希腊的法律思想并结合罗马的现实政治形式构建自己的法律思想体系。其法律思想在西方法律思想史上有着举足轻重的作用。因此,对其法律教育思想进行探讨,分析其法律教育思想形成的基础、基本内容及学习法律的方法,不仅可以丰富对其教育思想的研究,而且对我们当前的法律教育具有重要的启示作用。

| Abstract: | As a jurist,Cicero constructed his own system of law thought by integrating inheritance of ancient Greek law thought with Roman's political situation at that time.His law thought played an important part in the history of western law thought development.Therefore,exploring his educational thought on law and analyzing its basis,content and ways of studying law can not only enrich the research on his educational thought but also provide important enlightenment for today's law education. |
