| 摘 要： | 本文首先对招标工作中信息的重要作用及信息系统实现的目标进行了分析，并结合招标工作实际对系统的设计原则与系统功能进行了探讨，文章最后讨论了用DELPHI语言开发招标管理信息系统的优势，指出招标管理系统的研究与开发，对招标工作具有良好的应用前景及现实价值。
