| 摘 要： | 瘦素是由ob基因鳊码、在脂肪组织合成分泌的蛋白质类激素，主要功能是调控进食、能量度体重．瘦素和其他激素一样，需要与特异的受体结合才能发辉其生物学作用．瘦素的发现，为进一步研究肥胖的发生机制及预防和治疗肥胖开辟了一条崭新的途径，也对我们的科研工作提出了更高的要求．

| Abstract: | By researching and analyzing we know that the leptin exists in hypothalamus,lung,kidney,muscle,adipose tissue,etc.It is protein hormone which coded by ob genetic,synthesis and secretion in the fatty tissue,contains 146 amino acids.Its main functions are the regulation and control eating,energy and weight.Leptin likes other hormone,need to combine with the peculiar receptor and play its biological role.In a word,leptin's discovery opens a brand-new way for further studying the fat emergence mechanism and preventing and treating fat,puts forward higher requirement for our research work too. |
