| 摘 要： | 在市场经济中，经营利用不平等格式条款侵犯消费权益的事件引起了社会的广泛关注。不平等格式条款的运用扰乱市场秩序，损坏了市场信誉。只有对它进行法律规制，才能真正地保护消费利益，促进市场经济的健康发展。
