| 摘 要： | 二战打破了旧有的国际经济体系。美国成了战后惟一的经济大国，为其建立经济霸权提供了机遇，而美国也确实通过一系列的对外经济战略行为抓住了这个机遇。相反，苏联的对外经济战略更多的是服从于寻求国家安全的目标，其封闭倾向、意识形态等实际已和美国隐含着原则上的对立。

| Abstract: | The old international economic system crumbled due to World War Ⅱ. The U. S became the sole big state economically. So some politicians began to make a series of foreign economic strategy to establish economic hegemony. On the contrary,the foreign economic strategy of Soviet much more concerned the state＇s security. At last there are many differences in principles of foreign economic strategy between the two states because of ideology and state＇s interest. |
