| 摘 要： | 从信息资源加工、组织、传播和服务角度分析我国数字图书馆发展中面临的知识产权问题，主要包括馆藏资源的数字化和复制权、网络资源利用中的知识产权、数据库建设和使用中的知识产权、信息网络传播权和馆际互借中的版权风险等问题;并提出了解决这些问题办法。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the legal issues that digital libraries have to face in the course of information resources production,information resources organization and information propagation and service.These issues mainly include:library-resources digitalization and the replication right,the web resource copyright,the copyright concerning creating and using databases,the intellectual property issues in web information propagation and the copyright risks in Interlibrary Loan.And then the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
