| 摘 要： | 教育是民族的希望，也是社会发展和人的需要。学校的发展直接关系到教育的成败。同样中西部学校的发展是改变中西部落后面貌的一个关键因素。面对中西部学校教育的现状，尝试用人文精神建设学校。注重对教育主体的人文教育，是建立社会主义和谐社会的需要。
