| 摘 要： | 近几年,因心理方面的问题导致心理疾病已经成为大学生休学、退学乃至轻生的主要原因;因心理障碍或精神疾病导致的休学、退学人数约占总休学、退学人数的30%左右。大学生心理疾病已成为突出问题,必须引起社会各界的高度重视。针对高师院校大学生的心理健康状况,从大学生心理咨询的实践出发,高师院校可以从四方面开展心理健康教育工作：一是抓住搞好心理健康教育的关键即领导重视;二是建立心理健康教育四级干预网络系统;三是以心理咨询为心理健康教育的主阵地;四是激活各种教育载体,营造心理健康的氛围。

| Abstract: | In recent years,mental illness due to psychological problems has become the major reason for students＇ suspension of schooling,drop out,even for suicides.The number of students who suspend schooling and drop out due to mental disorder or mental diseases account for about 30% in the total suspending and drop-out students.Psychological illness in the students has become a prominent problem,which must be thought highly of by the society.Aiming at the psychological health status,from psychological consulting practice for the students,higher normal colleges can work on psychological health education from four aspects： firstly,the administration should pay attention to the psychological health education;secondly,the four-leveled intervention network system should be established for the psychological health education;thirdly,psychological consult should be the major field of the psychological health education;and fourthly,various educational carriers should be activated to build up a psychologically health atmosphere. |
