| 摘 要： | 运用背越式跳高运动学参数,构建了国内外优秀背越式跳高运动员助跑起跳动作技术模型。借鉴力学理论,对背越式跳高助跑起跳及其衔接技术原理进行了分析研究,并提出了背越式跳高快速助跑起跳训练的练习手段。

| Abstract: | Using the kinematics parameters of back-style high jump,the author established the technical model of approach and take-off movement of excellent back-style high jumpers both in China and aboard. The research on technical principles was done by using the mechanical theory as reference,and the training methods were proposed. |
