| 摘 要： | 从投入产出角度,构建西部地区高技术产业技术创新绩效评价指标体系;运用DEA模型对西部7省(区)1市高技术产业技术创新绩效进行评价,并得出基于DEA值的排序结果;通过计算非DEA有效单元的影子价格,给出最佳改进策略,从而为全面提升西部地区高技术产业技术创新绩效提供决策依据.
