| 摘 要： | 在档案评价的基本制度研究中,主要涉及五个方面的问题。而档案评价学的研究意义包括四点,一是有利于提高档案部门内部管理绩效;二是有利于优化档案部门管理环境,建立一种良好的档案文化氛围;三是有利于检验工作质量和管理水平;四是有利于促进档案事业的全面发展。
