| 摘 要： | 中国实现全面建设小康社会目标的关键在于解决“三农”问题，远程教育通过实现高等教育大众化而在农村小康社会建设进程中的重要作用已被广泛认同。本文结合实际对如何在网络环境下开展农村远程教育的有关问题进行了阐述。
