| 摘 要： | 社会信任结构的基本构架依托社会组织体系形成,是一个有着众多子系统和分层结构的大体系。调查发现,当今社会正面临全面的信用及信任危机。社会变迁带来的暂时制度缺陷、社会转型期呈现的多元价值、市场经济形成的非诚信空间等因素均与信用缺失有关,个人利益受损、个人情感受伤、个人人格因素均可能导致民众的非信任心理。社会信用体系建设是一项系统工程,要建立全方位的信用体系,必须坚持上下结合、内外结合、各部门通力合作的原则。

| Abstract: | The basic framework of social trust structure,a synthetical system of multiple sub-systems and hierarchy stratifications,depends on social organization system.An investigation finds an overall trust and credit crisis today's society faces.The credit deficiency is connected with temporal institutional defects resulted from social changes,multi-values of social transformation period and the non-honest-reliable context resulted from market economy,while the non-trust psyche may result from personal interest harm,personal affect hurt and personality variables.Social credit system construction is a systematic project,and it calls for cooperation principles to construct an overall credit system. |
