| 摘 要： | “师生之间的关系决定着学校的面貌”，对高职教育领域的师生关系研究对于提升学校文化水平，建立和谐的学校文化，意义重大。本文主要从教育目的的哲学思考出发，回溯历史，观照现在，结合基于学习领域理论的课程改革要求，分析现阶段师生关系。提出重构设想。

| Abstract: | The paper believes that the tune of a school depends on the relationship of teachers and students. So the study of the teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges is important to the promotion of school culture and establishment of compatible culture atmosphere. The paper firstly discusses the purpose of education philosophically. After taking a look back to the past and a took to the present requirement of curriculum reform in the field of learning, it examines the relationship of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges and brings up the tentative idea to improve. |
