| 摘 要： | 在我国全面建设小康社会,促进社会和谐的新时期,以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央把以人为本作为科学发展观的核心,倡导践行着一种新型的民本思想,党的十七大对它作出了集中概括和全面阐述。这种民本思想的提出有其特定的实践基础和历史过程,中国古代的民本思想是她有益的精神财富,马克思主义的人民观是其直接理论源泉。这种民本思想的特征是:以"三为民"思想为其基本内涵和精神实质,以科学发展和促进和谐为其根本要求,以切实重视并解决民生问题为其具体表现。

| Abstract: | In the new era of China's efforts to construct a well-off and harmonious society,CPC takes the people-based idea as the core of scientific development view.The rising of people-based idea has its specific practical base and historical course.The idea is featured by its "for the people" essence and content,by its adherence to the basic requirement of scientific development and promoting harmony,and by its practical efforts to solve the basic living problems. |
