| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of resources integration, this paper firstly discusses the key resources in high-tech industrial clusters; and then investigates on the relationship between resources integration and regional innovation system. Finally, on the regional level, the authors put forward the idea, the way and the mode of combination between resources integration and regional innovation system. |
