| 摘 要： | 香港特别行政区的法律制度是与内地截然不同的,《基本法》在香港的适用,使香港的普通法制度发生了变化,有人认为,普通法的传统受到破坏。本文从在香港适用的法律以及《基本法》与普通法的关系入手,阐述普通法是在《基本法》的统领下,维护社会秩序的法律体系。

| Abstract: | The system of law in Hongkong special administrative region of Hongkong is different from that of mainland of China.Some people think that the application of the basic law in Hongkong destroyed the tradition of the common law.This article discussed the application of the common law in Hongkong from view of the relationship between the basic law and the common law. |
