摘    要:近年来,随着美国外语教师教育领域改革的深入,美国各个州的外语教师的入职认证体系依据"新教师评估与支持州际联盟"(INTASC)2002年颁布的《外语教师的入职执照示范标准》趋向协调统一。INTASC框架下的外语教师入职认证,使根据其认证标准通过教师执照考试的方式进行,并建立了完善的考试评分体系。INTASC框架下的外语教师入职认证体系,其本质是对新手外语教师进行"绩效本位"性质的综合评估,同时积极寻求与"全美专业教学标准委员会"制定的优秀外语教师认证体系结盟。这标志着美国的外语教师教育进入了"标准化"的结盟时代,也为我国的外语教师质量保障体系的建立提供了有益的借鉴。

Abstract:In recent years,with the increasing reforms in foreign language teacher education in USA,the induction accreditation systems of foreign language teachers has demonstrated the trend of unification according to the Model Standards for Beginning Teacher Licensing and Development developed by INTASC in 2002.The accreditation system under INTASC is through the Licensing test,which is essentially the performance-based comprehensive assessment of new foreign language teachers.Meanwhile it actively seeks the alignment with the accreditation systems of accomplished foreign language teachers under NBPTS.It symbolizes the standardized alignment era of foreign language teacher education in the USA,and gives some beneficial reference for the quality assurance system of foreign language teacher in China.
