| 摘 要： | 劳动法知识具有很强的实用性,应受到广泛重视.然而当前的劳动法教学基本依附于《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程,且教学中存在诸多问题,已严重影响到劳动法普及教育的效果.文章针对劳动法教学中存在的问题进行梳理,并就问题有针对性地提出解决方案,以期有助于普法教育走出当前的困境.

| Abstract: | Knowledge of Labor Law is very strong practicability in practice, it should have arouse more extensive attention. In the present situation, Labor Law teaching adhere to the course ＂Moral Education and Basics of Law＂. There are many problems in Labor Law teaching and the teaching effect is affected. In this paper the problems in Labor Law teaching will be loud out. Then the solution will be discussed based on the problems, legal education can extricate the predicament. |
